This hotel was comfortable and...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was plenty of parking and the area was fairly quiet without much traffic noise.
Disliked: The area around the hotel is not very special or attractive but it was fine for a couple of nights' stay. Close to the airport.

It was nice and comfy

Liked: It would be nice to include breakfast. Not having to pay when you’re evacuating would be great. That could’ve been taken into consideration for those who had to flee the fires

The facility and amenities weren't...

Disliked: I was led to believe that complimentary breakfast and free parking was included in the price which is one of main the reason I booked, but that was not the case. There was no complimentary breakfast and no free parking. Also the room cleaning was not done daily it was done only on alternate days even though they charged that for all six days of the stay. Water fountain filter was never replaced in the premises, rendering it useless to get water from it and I had to go to food counter to get the water, waiting in line to get the same. Our rooms bathroom didn't have proper locking mechanism which made it problematic when you have kids with you.
