Nice room, broken shower, stressful...

Liked: I enjoyed chatting with the receptionist. She was lovely. The room was tidy and comfortable.
Disliked: The shower wasn't great-- most of the water was coming out for the bath and didn't switch over to shower mode. So that wasn't a great start to my day. Then, after being told that a shuttle comes every 20 minutes, I went downstairs to wait at around 6:20 am. Around 30 people were waiting with me by 7:10 and still no shuttle. A few families decided to Uber because they were concerned about getting to the airport. I waited but was pushed to the middle when the shuttle finally arrived. I ended up standing and felt it was unsafe yet I needed to get to the airport as soon as possible. I ended up arriving at my terminal about 45 minutes later than I had hoped. I was a bit flustered.

Perfect Airport Accommodations

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, and our room was incredibly spacious; it seemed much larger than a standard double room. It was close to LAX, which is what we needed, and we were able to utilize their airport shuttle upon checkout.
Disliked: n/a

Liked: Great location, very close to airport terminals. Bed is very comfortable. Nice large room.
Disliked: The receptionist was in a really bad mood and rude. The people in the next room arrived at midnight and made a lot of noise, which woke us up. One of them was sick and coughed very loudly the whole night, which kept us awake. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and didn't work properly, so we had to turn it off. We had a problem with the Wi-Fi, which didn't work very well. We paid good money for this room but were very disappointed. We've stayed at other Marriott Courtyards in other places, which were great, but not this one, unfortunately. I don't recommend this hotel.
