Short, comfortable, and convenient.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to get to La Guardia airport.

Very practical location

Liked: The hotel is outside of the Manhattan, so less expensive, but the location is very practical. It is located right next to a metro station and in two station you are in the heart of the New York. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: In our room there was a bit of noise from close the metro line, but it was acceptable and not too disturbing.

Liked: Good Location. Right next to subway. Just 15 mins from downtown manhattan. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby
Disliked: A bit noisy due to subway but fine for a short stay. Location more than makes up for it.

Wasn't the best experience

Liked: The hotel administrators were pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: the hotel made a mistake by charging my credit card for the stay. because of this I had to make an additional paid transfer to them when I was already back home. they did not refund me the transfer fee and never even apologized for their mistake. the hotel manager behaved arrogantly and unpleasantly.Being in the room was disturbed by the noise of ventilation or other equipment.
