Good

Wonderful and efficient location and...

Liked: Wonderful location. Just 2 subway stops away from manhattan and also on a direct line leading to the airport train. Subway station about 3 mins away and overall the location felt extremely safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was really clean and sufficient . You can kind of hear the subway if you’re a light sleeper which can be annoying to some but it’s not too bad.
Disliked: Not much to complain about really. Just the flush in the toilet was always flowing so the sound was constant and a bit annoying. But really everything else considered this was a very comfortable stay.

I recomend to female solo...

Liked: The location is excellent as you can go everywhere by subway. Manhattan is one stop away and you can reach all main tourist sites easily. It is easy to reach from the airport and there are elevators on the entire journey. The area is safe. I travelled alone and felt safe coming back late in the eveing. Hotel rooms are very clean and the staff is wonderful.
Disliked: There is a 250$ deposit when you arrive which you ge tback in 5-10 working days after check out. I mention it just for those travelling on a budget. Breakfast is not included but there are many supermarkets around where you can find health options for all types of diet.

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to the subway from where you can easily go wherever you want - Manhattan or Downtown.Nearby to supermarkets.
Disliked: The room was very small and the view from the 6th floor wasn't nice, it's all city view but probably from higher floors it may be nicer.

Exceptional

Liked: Over all it was at good location, easy access to metro for all points in new york. Nearest grocery store.
Disliked: They dont have microwave inside the room They don't have electric kettle.

Liked: It was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Both mattress and pillows were too soft, mattress had no support.There were no facilities to speak of.

Expensive, poor service, room not...

Liked: Reasonable room and bed, location good but noisy trains and traffic
Disliked: Staff disinterested. Room not made up on one of our nights. Despite official check out being midday and a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door, room service knocked on the door at 9 am to see if we were checking out they could make up the room. Seriously bad news either way our Kate flight to Europe latter that day. Expensive at over $1100 for 3 nights.
