From minutes before arrival, a phone call to see if we could check in a little early, to the minute we checked out we felt welcome and at ease. Wonderful, clean room. Well maybe I have one complaint but that is no fault of the hotel - it was neighbors coming in at 2:30 in the morning laughing and making all kinds of noise. We were very happy with our stay and if we're in the area again we will stay there again. Thank you for the great hospitality!

Great location. The rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable. It was fairly quiet, even though there is so much going on around the hotel.

Disliked: The hotel was under remodel and we checked into a small desk at the parking lot. Not ideal or welcoming. It felt "shady" and unsafe. No lobby area. No breakfast. We chose this property based on research and photos online, which were not accurate and misleading.

Liked: Very relaxing rooms, large beds and partly central. Breakfast is very good.
Disliked: There has been a construction work at the entrance of the hotel, and the noise was disturbing. Also we were not aware from the situation during we are booking our room.

Very disappointing! I thought that...

Disliked: We booked a Queen bedroom with harbor view for Dec. 31, 2024- Jan 1, 2025 to see the fireworks with my family. We checked in early online to make sure our room is ready when we arrive. However, when we got there at 7 pm ( check in time is 4 pm), the front desk told us that there was no available room that we booked due to lots of late check outs ( which I don’t understand how). Instead they’re giving us a room with pool view and will just compensate with free breakfast. When we refused, the front desk told us to just find another hotel (at New Year’s Eve, at 7 pm). With no other choice, we took the “only” available room. When we got to the room, though the room was relatively clean, the carpet is still wet. In short, our stay was very disappointing and useless. Also, the most irritating part is that the front desk kept telling us that we can see the Hollywood sign from the balcony to lure us to get the room. As if! We live in Los Angeles!
