Liked: Good for a stay before flight

Liked: Great location and very good value for quality

Brilliant location for Gatwick but...

Liked: Extremely friendly staff wherever you went. On reception,in the restaurant and just in general. Lovely decor and very clean. Our room was very comfortable as a family of 4 and perfect location to start our holiday being 5mins to south terminal in the morning!
Disliked: Maybe just a greater selection at breakfast, odd juice selection and not enough fresh fruit. Both coffee machines were also not working properly but overall breakfast was tasty and all we needed.

Liked: Great location for the airport, friendly staff, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. Only negative was the very limited gluten free evening dining options for my coeliac daughter, although the breakfast options were good

Disliked: Signposting from Gatwick Train Staion/terminal to the hotel was not good.
