Not worth the money, try...

Liked: Clean nice property. Entire hotel feels as it’s in the tropics.
Disliked: Had a quick late overnight stay for a very early flight. Once settled we realised the air conditioner only worked on ‘fan’ so we picked up the phone to call reception and that didn’t work. By this stage it was nearing midnight and the thought of changing rooms or having a technician up was not really an option as I’ve noticed in these types of hotels that they often only run it on fan as the reception area is as hot as the rest of the hotel, only we decided that it wasn’t worth it.

One of the better hotels...

Liked: Really modern and fresh. Spacious rooms to a good spec. You can’t hear any aircraft despite been under the flight path and it’s a short 10 minute walk to the airport.
Disliked: Everything was great.

Liked: It had a lovely foyer, room to sit and relax in.
Disliked: It was a struggle with my two suitcases and backpack to walk the 10 minutes to the hotel from South Terminal. If I had not been up since 4.am that morning and had hay fever then this would not have been such a big deal. And a hoppy bus is available but at £4.50 it seems excessive price for such a short distance.
