Liked: Made reservations once arrived gentleman at desk said I had NO reservations and they had no rooms available. Card charged talked to supervisor, ge said card would be refunded. Card never refunded when I called Zen., said Card was never charged and in lookjng at bank statement.. Zen seemed to have a attitude

The stay was very pleasant,...

Liked: I loved the update it was so beautiful inside of the room I stayed in, it was clean, the bed is so comfortable, the pillows were very soft. The front desk person he was very polite and very sweet, I had an issue with the first room and it took him less than a minute to assign me with another room. This is my favorite hotel, always has been and I will stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Staff when arriving in the evening were great. Very nice and helpful.
Disliked: Morning staff was not as helpful and nice. Made you feel like you were a bother. Needs improvement.
