Liked: Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: It was very difficult to access the WiFi. The access procedure wanted me to become a member of a group. But even when I tried to join, the access didn't work. The desk clerk tried to help, but it was only when the manager arrived that the Wifi finally worked.Electronic and electrical connections could use some updating, e.g. no usb outlets.

Amazing staff

Liked: The whole place was wonderful and welcoming, from the desk clerks to the shuttle drivers to the staff in the bar/dinner area. I don't think I've ever had such attentive, kind people in any hotel. Pretty amazing. I was stranded due to an airline glitch, and they really made me feel better. Kind of hate to leave.
Disliked: I was completely satisfied. Nothing negative

Liked: Convenient to airport and restaurants.
Disliked: The alarm clock shorted and sparked creating causing some smoke.. rug was so filthy that I walked into the bathroom with my slippers on and the floor had black impressions from my slippers. Morning staff was not friendly and seemed bothered I was checking out. Computer outage caused systems to be down. When checking in I was told that the bar/ restaurant would be open at 5.. went down and it wasn't.
