Very nice facilities and wonderful...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the TV was great. There were adequate outlets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the pool and hot tub. had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. The microwave burned a hole in my moist heat pack destroying it. The hot tub temperature was too hot....it wasn't functioning correctly. I reported it to the person on the front desk and he stated he would look into it. I was happy with his responsiveness to my concern.
Disliked: When I booked on Booking.com it said I was getting a large King room and no sofa bed. I actually got a king room with a sofa bed, which made the room a bit cramped. The refrigerator and microwave were problematic. The "refrigerator" is more like a cooler and it doesn’t keep food cold. I had to throw everything away after 1.5 days. Convenient, comfortable, quiet.

Liked: Conveniently located to the heart of the Berkshires. Room in the back was very quiet but one can hear guests walking on the room above. Comfy mattress.
Disliked: Poor choices Breakfast -by Starbucks- in a “cold” space. Need a couple of warm, freshly made items.

Disliked: Not having a bar or restaurant and you are not able to walk to restaurants / bars from the hotel - it's not in the middle of Lenox.
