Liked: Michelle at the front desk, made me feel welcome and worked to make my stay, under stressful personal conditions, more pleasant. I looked forward to seeing her every day!All staff were friendly and welcoming, no matter the time of day, or night.

Lousy management. Place should not...

Liked: Pricey..over 5$ for a cup of coffee.
Disliked: Major construction..drove around 2 times to find a way in. The entire entrance was covered in plastic and the way in was a hole in the wall. I asked for a 25% reduction. They passed the buck to manager who was not responsive.

Disliked: Shuttle and front desk staff were not empathetic and sometimes lied or were rude.
