Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was poor no turkey sausage options. I don’t eat beef or pork. There was not a hot breakfast bar. Very disappointing had to go out and eat for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Disliked: Indoor swimming pool was down and not in service. Tv remote stop working had to wait for maintenance to come at 10 am so unprofessional. Ice machine on the floor was broken had to go up or down to another floor to get ice.

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: The wait to obtain bar/restaurant service. We weren't able to use the bathtub, only shower. Had to use the stairs with a 79 year old, because the elevator was out of service.

Disliked: Sheets were linty, no microwave in my room but one in my friend’s room, my room smelled stale but friend’s room smelled cleaned and had a plug in. Telephone didn’t work to call front desk! Heard elevator buzzing all night long since they put me right next to it!!! Definitely will MOT be staying here again!
