Retro Bliss Recent Miss

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. I like the convenience of the bar downstairs. I like the location. It's close to shopping and restaurants.
Disliked: The laundry room was out of order. I asked for a microwave, but there was only a fridge. I had to heat my food in the lobby. The employee at the front desk for late at night was moody and unprofessional (two nights in a row). The TV wasn't compatible with the Amazon prime video.

My kids and I like...

Disliked: I paid for my family hotel stay via booking.com. I paid 140.12$ dollars for that night. I Checked in after 9pm . I found out that they charged me 7.44$ extra out of 50$ hold they were putting on my card for security when I checked in the hotel.
