Poor

Liked: That it had starbucks coffee. The staff at reception was very friendly.
Disliked: I found cockroaches and silver fishes in room. The furniture was outdated. There was no water in the room the one from the tap had a bad smell.

Convenient and well priced.

Liked: Close to restaurants, shopping, movie theater, and Florida Southern. I was disappointed that breakfast was not included, but there were nearby restaurants so it was fine.

Disliked: We had a big problem during our stay at this hotel. The air conditioning simply did not work and there was no availability to move us to another room, since the hotel was full. We were informed by the management that this daily rate would not be charged by the hotel, but I do not see the refund on my credit card....
