Looking to hotel staff behavior...

Liked: Property was good, I booked two days before travel and was provided with room on backside though wanted front side view and was not fully occupied also.
Disliked: Though booked with free breakfast, being vegetarian only 5 options were available with absolutely no choice and even for coffee and any other food item they were charging full amount irrespective of you paid for breakfast or not, kitchen staff was not polite and not supportive at all, I told them to cancel breakfast for coming days, they told not possible as you have booked hotel from third party( booking.com).

Disappointed, but willing to overlook...

Liked: The staff was pleasant. Told the front desk that the room was hot and was told to wait a little while and it should get cooler. It never did after 3 hours. We were too tired to change rooms. The location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: The A/C never got cold enough. The room stayed hot. The bathtub was so slippery my friend almost fell.

Disliked: One of the staff was unprofessional the rest was very nice.

This was our 2nd time...

Liked: Friendly staff and clean hotel.
Disliked: Shower floor was very slippery and no handle on door or wall. There is a small handle at the back of Shower but not accessible from the center of shower.
