Cold people and ready to...

Liked: The location, but the staff, except for one youth gal behind the counter (small and curly hair) exceeded my expectations. The room had a little water lid on the floor, left over soap on the tub, toilet unflushed paper, bed was ok-bit old. Had to pay 6.00 for orange juice, no breakfast included and I am a Hyatt member. Money hungry property. The gal who sold me my orange juice walk by me with zero eye contact and was dark feeling and disconnected. Not happy except for the one employee. Bad vibe and nothing special. Other properties are generous and cordial——never again. Greedy and distant and not that clean. I. An easily spend the same money and receive a better vibe elsewhere.

Disliked: All the outlets in the room didn't work. There was no way do dry my hair or to make coffee.

I'll never use booking or...

Disliked: There was issues with flights and the property was not accommodating in working with me, and I ended up having to pay for for two nights that was not needed.

Looking to hotel staff behavior...

Liked: Property was good, I booked two days before travel and was provided with room on backside though wanted front side view and was not fully occupied also.
Disliked: Though booked with free breakfast, being vegetarian only 5 options were available with absolutely no choice and even for coffee and any other food item they were charging full amount irrespective of you paid for breakfast or not, kitchen staff was not polite and not supportive at all, I told them to cancel breakfast for coming days, they told not possible as you have booked hotel from third party( booking.com).

Disappointed, but willing to overlook...

Liked: The staff was pleasant. Told the front desk that the room was hot and was told to wait a little while and it should get cooler. It never did after 3 hours. We were too tired to change rooms. The location was great for what we needed.
Disliked: The A/C never got cold enough. The room stayed hot. The bathtub was so slippery my friend almost fell.
