Overall, it was a good...

Liked: It was convenient near everything in walking distance, and rooms were clean. The view of the lake was awesome. Unfortunately the hotel was understaffed so we had to request items from staff, but they were very responsive. The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The beds were not comfortable, unless you like a rock hard mattress. There was no complimentary coffee in the lounge area, so you had to purchase at their cafe, which was expensive.

Disliked: Needs a better fireplace that actually heats in lobby. Lobby was chilly in hang out areas.

Disliked: Front desk young men. Very stern. The lady at night was awesome. As was Joe maintenance

Liked: It’s always so clean, staff is super friendly.
Disliked: Nothing everything is always great we come once a year.

Liked: The restaurant Charlie’s (good food and menu selection.) Front desk staff and bar staff friendly, polite and helpful about activities within Town.
Disliked: Furniture in rooms had wear and tear.
