Liked: I liked the comfy beds, beautiful hotel. Nice Bistro. Nice staff. I think there should be a complimentary breakfast. The pool looked small and not very attractive. Wish they had a hot tub.
Disliked: Pool and no complimentary breakfast.

Liked: The location was great and convenient to UT Knoxville, restaurants, and the interstate. Although it was near a busy interstate, the room was quiet.
Disliked: There was no fitted sheet on one of the beds, so I had to go find a housekeeper. The bed also smelled funky - not sure if it was the mattress or the pillows.

Liked: Stayed one night for the Jelly Roll concert. The hotel is super nice & clean. Breakfast is there but you have to purchase it via the bistro.
