Amazing location, friendly staff, and...

Liked: Great location and conveniently located. Room was super spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available on-site which was helpful in downtown Knoxville. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining. Appreciated the noon check out time!
Disliked: This could be a one-off scenario, but the room I stayed in had an extra large shower, but the glass panel wasn't long enough to block the water from the shower. I had to use multiple towels to ensure the bathroom floor wasn't wet.
