Overall our stay was short,...

Liked: My husband and I ordered from the bistro. He had the avocado toast, and I had the breakfast tots. Both were delicious. We only stayed 1 night, but everything was great. We slept very comfortably and woke refreshed. We’ll definitely be staying again, when visiting.
Disliked: Room service was not available. We called the front desk to be transferred to the bistro to place our breakfast order. The call was bounced back to the front desk. I explained to the young man I wanted to place an order for breakfast and he offered to take the order for me and walk over to the bistro and put the order in. He stated the order would be ready in 10 mins. I sent my husband down to the bistro to pick up our food and the bistro said they did receive an order. It wasn’t the end of the day, but I expected the young man to do what he said. It was a little disappointing.

Good location but TV didn’t...

Liked: The location was great for downtown activities.
Disliked: Our TV didn’t work and no one would comeTo fix the TV. Check out was at 11 however housekeeping beat on our door at 9am.

Bad

Liked: The location was fantastic
Disliked: The cleaning was horrible. There was blood on our sheets. When I reported it to the front desk. The young man had me wait while he went and talk to his Manager. A few minutes later he came back and said nothing they could do about it. Because I didn't book directly through them.
