Liked: This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. It was a four minute walk to the Tennessee Theater. The room itself was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. I really appreciated having an actual couch to relax on while watching TV. The shower was huge. This hotel also features a pantry, a restaurant and a bar. We had a few drinks at the bar. Pricing was reasonable. We also shared a wonderful dessert. Next time we plan to have a meal at the restaurant. I would absolutely stay here again because it is one of the nicest hotels I've visited.

Great hotel ruined by unprofessional...

Disliked: The hotel offers good facilities, including high-quality fixtures, bathroom equipment, and excellent parking, creating a solid first impression. However, the experience was ruined by the staff’s unprofessionalism. Despite being polite and well-trained to deliver scripted responses, their actions either completely ignored requests or did the exact opposite of what was needed. I requested a quiet room and was placed next to a building with loud rooftop fans. On top of that, there were loud parties hosted by other guests in the hotel on two consecutive nights. We repeatedly contacted the front desk, and while they responded politely and assured us they would handle the situation, no action was ever taken, and the music continued for hours. While the infrastructure is good, the staff’s dismissive attitude and failure to act make this hotel a frustrating choice for travelers.
