Overall clean rooms. No cleaning of rooms each day due to Covid, but really wasn't necessary.

Disliked: TV channels were extremely limited and there was obviously a problem. I had a maintenance man come to my room to verify that certain channels would last for 10 seconds, freeze then begin again. Very frustrating. I asked for a discount and Michael confirmed I could get one but when I checked out nothing was noted on my bill and I was told I needed to contact the manager. Instead of saying there was a problem with the entire hotel when I checked in and giving me a small discount, it would have been a better way to have handled the situation instead of pretending it wasn’t an issue.

Terrible because of booking.com

Disliked: I had a problem checking in because booking.com didn’t communicate with the hotel. I sat in the lobby for two hours trying to check in. I will never use booking.com again
