Disliked: It was disappointing to find out hot tub was broken and kids couldn't use waterslide as they were to short. I wish the slide requirements were posted when booking and that the hot tub was broken. It's disappointing to book a hotel for those ammenedies to find out they are broken or can't be used.

Liked: Pool and waterslide were main reasons we booked and so happy with room, pool and cleanliness.
Disliked: Would have liked free coffee in lobby and possibly continental breakfast.

Disliked: I had asked for non feather pillows, when they called to confirm something they mentioned that they saw the note for no feather bedding/pillows. BUT, the pillows were feather, I checked each one. Regretfully i had some allergy issues as result, but everything else was fine.
