Liked: the location was good. the room was spacious.
Disliked: the staff was unprofessional the night we checked it. the sinks drain terribly slow. the mattress was uncomfortable (hard). the pillows were equally uncomfortable.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the check in process went smoothly.
Disliked: Several of the wall outlets in our room did not function. This made plugging in phone chargers and curling irons a hassle. There was a strong and dirty odor in the hallway of our room on the third floor when you would exit the elevator. The mattress also felt like you were sleeping directly on box springs.

Great property for a first...

Liked: Excellent property. Staff was professional and accommodating! The bed was comfortable and the facilities were in top tier shape.
Disliked: The location wasn’t the best, in my opinion. I felt like I had to travel a decent distance for food but the mall was across the street! Also, Booking.com explicitly stated that check out was at noon (12 pm) but upon arrival, the concierge stated it was at 11 am.
