Liked: The coffee in the lobby was fresh and welcome on the comfy rainy day we were there.
Disliked: It’s a little difficult to get in and out of but the red light does help

Liked: The staff were apologetic.
Disliked: I was given 3 different rooms and none were cleaned and ready. Went up the elevator three different times only to have to come down each time to report the room had not been cleaned. I had my 3 month old grandson with me who was needed attending to but could not immediately tend to his needs because I was being sent up to unprepared rooms. Although the staff were apologetic I was not offered or given any type of comp for my inconvenience.

Great for a few nights

Liked: The rooms were very big and had a lot to offer, the beds were very comfortable and the blankets were perfect.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault but the folks at the bar were quite rude.
