Liked: The location
Disliked: Michael Napieralski is rude and unprofessional. Staff is not properly trained. No access control feature to protect outsiders from getting to your door.

Good property that allowed us...

Liked: The facilities were nice and in a good location. The bar and food staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room floor was dirty and housekeeping was not interested in coming to our room on the one day where we wanted it serviced. The outdoor furniture was dirty and old and should be replaced.

Meh

Liked: Room was not decorated, bedroom was dreary. Needs a make over. No Florida feel at all. There is no real beach - misrepresentation. Breakfast was good but sooooo slow. Would not come back or recommend.
Disliked: The room, the “beach”.

Pleasant

Liked: Parking was convenient, staff help and location was very good.
Disliked: The concierge was never available or even present. Breakfast offerings could have been enhabced.

Fantastic Getaway

Liked: Location and layout was tops for my son and I.Customer service - CHRISTINE was tops at the desk. Also Annette and if I remember right Maryanne and Ashwin

Liked: Loved the location. We were early to check in so went to the tiki bar for a drink. Nice atmosphere!
Disliked: Would have liked the outside door in our room that exits to the boardwalk to be accessed with a key card instead of an inside lock.

Liked: GROUNDS WERE BEAUTIFUL, LOCATION GREAT, ROOMS VERY NICE, CLEAN, AND STAFF WAS FRIENDLY!
Disliked: WE DID NOT HAVE THE BREAKFAST SO CANNOT COMMENT.
