Nice hotel but bad administration.

Liked: Nice hotel for few days
Disliked: They charged me twice for the room and bar account. Very unprofessional. They needed approval from the manager first to fix the problem but he was not in so a few days later NOTHING has been done about it. So I need to keep getting in contact with them, frustrating.

Liked: Location is good, our room had a nice view, with a balcony and room was spacious and clean
Disliked: They advertised beach front but you can’t go in the water, so that was a bit disappointing

This hotel made our vacation...

Liked: Our room was close to the pool area, and there was a beautiful walking path to the breakfast porch. The coffee was always ready, and we appreciated both indoor and outdoor seating for breakfast.
Disliked: When we arrived, the room was clean and cool, and the staff quickly gave us additional bottles of water. The back window led to a lush green pathway to the pool area.

Not a kitchenette!

Liked: Large room, great hotel facilities. Good car park. Very comfy beds. Great views from the back of the hotel. Very clean and spacious building.
Disliked: We booked a room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette was a countertop and a sink. No plates, cutlery, cooking utensils.They provided washing up liquid and I asked what this was for if they don't provide plates. They didn't answer. Very disappointed in their description of the room, we paid extra for a kitchenette we got a sink.
