Great staff

Liked: The location was great as well as the staff.
Disliked: The tv was in an odd spot and the blanket on the bed looked as though a dog had chewed the corner of it….

Disliked: We chose here to use the pool with our daughter during our overnight trip to visit family. The pool was out of order. Very disappointed The coffee pot was also broken in our room

A Very Lovely Hotel Stay

Liked: The hotel was extremely quiet and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice with clean, hot showers. Traveling with our kids we have stayed at many hotels and this one was probably one of the cleanest and best overall stays. Great location to downtown. Walking distance to restaurants. We would stay here again when visiting the area.
Disliked: When I booked through an app, it said “breakfast included”. Breakfast is a credit of $10 per person at the Starbucks in the lobby. Anything over that you must pay for. I believe the app used was the cause of the confusion. Breakfast was fine, but not what was expected.

Liked: Love that it’s within walking distance of downtown .
Disliked: THE BED WAS TOO HIGH. !!!!IT’S A BED WITH BOX SPRING MATTRESS ON A PLATFORM. I’M SHORT (5’1”) and HAD TO USE THE STOOL IN THE ROOM TO GET ONTO THE BED. NOT IDEAL, ESPECIALLY DURING THE NIGHT.

Liked: Close to downtown Keene and friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was near the elevators and a repeated noise was heard each time it was in use . Also some fan or blower system was heard throughout the room
