A great winter weekend away...

Liked: The property is well decorated and cared for. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect.

Liked: Loved the room and location staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: We reserved this room because it’s a beautiful place with a pool I mean it’s New England in the winter so you want to be able to use a warm indoor pool to relax, however the pool was cold we were told when we inquired about the pool that it was warm but they are waiting on a big part (we found this out when we went to check out the pool). Very disappointed with staff claiming it was warm when it clearly was not I put my hands in the cold water to determine the temperature. They should be honest there is pool heater is not working, and it should be stated the heated pool is not working. Very disappointed I feel that emails at least should be sent out to let everyone who is staying know that an amenity is unavailable

You need to fix things....

Liked: The location was great. My mom lives in American house. The breakfast I did not have. You do not have a complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: USB ports were far and few between. My husband and I each have an iPad a phone a few watch and h sting aid chargers. That’s 8 usbs. The bathroom was dark. No lights over toilet. The phone was not like a hotel phone. No buttons for the front desk or anybody. I had to call on my cellphone. The handicapped shower was as hard to get into. I had to step real high over side of tub that was hard as I and my husband are disabled. The shower had a hand held shower only it was not hand held. It was as attached to the shower. It was hard for my husband and I to rinse our private parts.
