We had fun but we...

Liked: We liked the historic hotel. However, they don’t really have an actual restaurant or coffee shop. They have a bar area with 2 coffee canisters and a Starbucks sign above them. They apparently take orders at the bar for food and there are a couple of tables, but we weren’t able to place an order on Thanksgiving for breakfast because no one was around. Some of the staff were rude and answered questions with an I don’t know and didn’t seem to care either. The cleaning staff were very nice!! They also had grab bars in our bathroom.
Disliked: Most of the property has steps, but there is a ramp in back. There are also two elevators.

Disliked: Front desk guy wasn’t pleasant and seemed put out if asked a question. Felt bad for the guy manning the Starbucks/Restaurant. Too much for one person to handle.
