Charged twice for one night

Liked: Close to hospital.
Disliked: They charged my credit for same nigh. After I had already paid for it through Booking. Then guy at front desk would hang up on me when I would call to talk to manager about the over billed. Then the couple times he put me through of course manger was out and get answer machine. Left several messages on situation and was never called back. So I paid double for a room that I stayed one night in. As nice as hotel was I WON'T stay there again.

Love location, but hotel is...

Liked: Property is really in need of updating.

Liked: The Beds. The staff at night was awesome
Disliked: Parking, the price we paid was not worth the situation.

Overall excellent experience

Liked: Location was excellent, facilities were clean and nice
Disliked: Breakfast was included in our room but it was literally a bagel and coffee at the bar. Not breakfast.

We had fun but we...

Liked: We liked the historic hotel. However, they don’t really have an actual restaurant or coffee shop. They have a bar area with 2 coffee canisters and a Starbucks sign above them. They apparently take orders at the bar for food and there are a couple of tables, but we weren’t able to place an order on Thanksgiving for breakfast because no one was around. Some of the staff were rude and answered questions with an I don’t know and didn’t seem to care either. The cleaning staff were very nice!! They also had grab bars in our bathroom.
Disliked: Most of the property has steps, but there is a ramp in back. There are also two elevators.
