Liked: Amazing location, very easy parking

They need to do better...

Liked: Only thing like about this property was the front lady who checked me in. So was very sweet and caring. Plus the barista staff is amazing. But the other front desk people looked miserable and only their for the money.
Disliked: What I did not like about this property the room me and my husband stayed in the toilet overflow. We contracted the front desk and all they did was bring towels to clean up the overflow of water and did not even check the issue. I am battling cancer and the floor was still wet because they did give enough towels to dry the floor. If I would had slipped and fall. This hotel would had been a liability and I would had to go to the hospital. As a cancer patient we can’t fall because our bodies are already weakened from chemotherapy. So if we do we have to get checked out by the hospital. So I’m explaining my self to the front desk lady her name is Bianca. To honest from her face expression and demeanor. She really didn’t care nor give a f**k what I had to say basic on her reaction and response. I told her Marriott need to refund my money back or complementary stays for the issue. All she did was give me 5,000 in points that I cannot even use. This property needs to hiring people with more compassion and a caring heart.
