Disappointing

Disliked: Stayed for 5 nights and our room was never cleaned/made up despite requesting it at the front desk. We had to empty the trash ourselves and get clean towels from the front desk.

Liveable for 1 night, but...

Liked: Efficient staff check in
Disliked: Weirdly spot painted ceiling in the bathroom, poor carpet in the hallway (trip hazard), cockroach in bathroom and one smashed dead on the ceiling above the bed, dirty shower seals (full of grey/black mold)

Liked: Large sitting areas in lobby and outside.
Disliked: Would have loved free coffee in lobby. But I didn’t mind having Starbucks as an option for extra.
