Poor

Liked: Despitr booking some hours in advance, and received the booking confirmation, we were told there was not room for us when we arrived to the facility, after insisting, they tried to fix it, and they did, we had to wait almost an hour for it. The room was clean, nothing exceptional, the AC was off, very hot the room till couple of hours, the mini-fridge's door was half broken, the door to the balcony was unlock, etc. In general, disappointed

I will never stay here...

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The Pool was out of service after being told that it closed at 11, WiFi did not work, they could not provide extra rags or towels, bathroom was dirty, there was one person working night shift and she didn’t know anything about the facility.
