Great location friendly staff!

Liked: The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were granted a late check out and were able to use the pool until we needed to catch our flight. The location / ocean front room was fantastic. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The scenery was great with easy access to the beach.
Disliked: We ate at the restaurant and the staff and food were good but the cleanliness of some of the plates, mugs was substandard. The buffet was not monitored very well, empty or low on some of the items. No one visited the room Saturday when we were out do the coffee was not replaced for our two night stay nor was there any room service.

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was obviously run down from the last time we stayed in 2017. The pillows and bed were awful, the heater started smoking when we turned it on and was told it was normal due to being the first time being turned on this season, the hall smelled like weed and the front desk worker didn’t charge the person in front of me parking and told him she “had him on the low” .

Beautiful and relaxing.

Liked: Love the location, cleanliness and friendly staff.
Disliked: They were painting the building and we had to park in the back to keep from getting paint on my car.

Great location, but hotel needs...

Liked: Location was awesome, fairly clean, comfortable beds
Disliked: We didn't eat the breakfast--too expensive. The hotel was in a great location. But you could tell that it was an older hotel, and in need of some updates. The door didn't close evenly, and the bathroom had cracks, rust stains in the tub, worn carpeting, etc. Also the hot tub was broken

Liked: Just the view of ocean and staff was nice but accommodations, cleanliness, parking, was very subbbbbbpar
Disliked: Had to ask daily for towels, coffee to room, parking and cost of hotel did not equal service -
