Very disappointed in the Hotel...

Disliked: The older gentleman at the desk was very short and curt. My husband was admitted through the ER at Mayo Hospital. I called to confirm my reservation and to explain my situation. I also state that I had ordered DoorDash and gave my name. The gentleman at the desk refused to allow the driver to leave my food. He agreed when I spoke with him on the phone. When I asked he said "The driver did not speak English." I was out 60 and had to reorder from another place that was still open, as it was very late.Respectfully, Robin Bradshaw

A comfortable stay to visit...

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. It was near the Mayo Clinic as we had an appointment. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It was basic in its furnishings.
