Rooms need proper cleaning

Liked: Front office staff
Disliked: Room wasn't properly clean, been a former Marriott housekeeper, this was unacceptable

Old but updated

Liked: Property is older from the outside. It had some updates on the inside done recently.
Disliked: Our phone flashed like there was a message and there wasn’t. It kept us up all night. No room service but you could take the food to your room.

Everything was top notch

Liked: We were evacuating and the staff was incredible. Nicole got us into our room at 8am. So comfortable we felt very at home. Great food and drink choices.
