Disliked: Beds wasn’t comfortable and tv had very few channels! Really pricey considering the poor amenities

Disappointing

Liked: It was nice for what we needed, a place to sleep the night before a funeral. Comfy beds. Nice sized room.
Disliked: They don't acknowledge requests from Booking. My advance request for a main floor room was ignored. The hotel staff did offer to see if one was available, but we were tired and just needed to go to sleep. The "free breakfast" are slips of paper for breakfast to redeem at their food counter. No one works this counter. Multiple staff all made eye contact with my partner waiting at the food counter and ignored him. We did not eat there. Please add paper cups or some kind of reusable cups to your rooms so guests aren't drinking water out of their hands in the middle of the night.

Liked: Location was about it
Disliked: Room was dirty.. TV was dirty and only 2 channels worked.. no soap to wash hands after going to the bathroom.. no hairdryer.. no coffee or breakfast ready in lobby at 7:30am … pool was cloudy… walked in to check in and they were talking about lice in one of the rooms.. it was very disappointing & we won’t be going to another courtyard if I have anything to do with it.

It's not worth the US$...

Liked: No. They ran out of food such as milk, eggs, & other common breakfast food when I ready for my paid breakfast at 7 am.
Disliked: The room is noisy with passing cars from the interstate and conversation from other rooms during the night.

Disliked: This property was the dirtiest property I have been in. The gym looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, there was dust, dirt and hair everywhere.
