Liked: The self laundry service was the most convenient to us, as a family with 3 young kids. Affordable, clean machines and very convenient, as I don’t need to carry my laundry somewhere far.

Liked: Excellent location. Close to Irvine spectrum. Lots of choices for dinner in walking distance.

Disliked: Asked for late check out for free till 2.00 pm. Needed to go to my appointment at 2.00pm in another property. It was Sunday. Occupancy of the hotel was low. Nevertheless, reception desk rejected to give me late check out till 2.00 pm. Staff and management should be more attentive to the guest needs.
