Liked: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable.
Disliked: Another guest was allocated my room. I had only just returned to my room from having dinner when the guest entered the room. If I hadn’t been in the room the guest would have had access to all my personal belongings. The guest went to reception to sort it. An hour later a member of staff knocked on the door, I was actually in bed as I had an early flight, I refused to answer the door and they asked me to confirm my name through the door, they said there had been a system error. To say I was unimpressed was an under statement, I was a lone female in my hotel room, disturbed twice, I have no idea why a phone call to the room by staff wouldn’t have clarified who was in the room. Not a good experience at all.
