Disliked: 2 members of staff knocking at my room door at 9pm when I was in bed to settle my evening meal bill although it had been agreed with a very helpful reception that all extra charges could be added to my room and paid in the morning. In early evening this worked perfectly as always plus when I signed my dinner bill no problem again but then 30 mins later there was a knock on my door. The girl from the dining room look uncomfortable but wanted me to settle the bill there and then!!!!!’ The young guy from reception who was with her was exceptionally arrogant and totally not acceptable! I very rarely complain and not happen to me before in this hotel where i have stayed many times . I trust it won’t happen again but may I suggest needs looking at. As always in your hotel i settled my bill on leaving .As said a first and hopefully won’t happen again
