We attended a concert at Pike Performing Arts Center. The location of this hotel is perfect. We had a very nice room. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Room was clean and comfortable....

Liked: I was directed to make my reservation with that department thereby could not interact (communicate) with the local desk until we arrived. I did enjoy the friendly staff there. They were very professional, likable, personable and courteous.
Disliked: We did not know that we needed to do a promo code when making reservations, so we did not receive breakfast. Maybe my misunderstanding. It’s advertised with, “Enjoy Breakfast at Courtyard …” Also there wasn’t a microwave as we use in most other places as we travel.
