I would definitely use this hotel again if I was to come to Indianapolis for a concert again.

Liked: The location was perfect to the venue of the concert my kids were seeing. The beds were comfy, the room was very clean.
Disliked: We had very noisy neighbors! They were partying in their room all day.

The hotel was in a great location, right across the street from The Lawn at White River! Close to restaurants and other downtown sites. We did have to pay extra for parking ($25) though I think this was cheaper than a lot of other hotels.

Disliked: Breakfast seemed a little unclear as to what was and wasn’t included. Booked on Booking.com as ‘breakfast included’ but then had to get vouchers and messages put on account.

We truly enjoyed our stay...

Liked: The staff was phenomenal! They were kind, efficient, courteous, and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect. We came to visit for the zoo, children's museum, canal walk and other touristy things. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance or a very short (5 to 8 minute) drive away. The hotel was spotless from lobby to room.
Disliked: The price for parking was insane

Liked: Great downtown location. Walkable to most attractions and restaurants. Beautiful museums and riverfront park right across the street

Liked: Great location and beautiful location. This is my second time staying here and I forgot they dont have a pool. Room was clean and staff was nice.
Disliked: I dont like that they dont have a pool. Or free breakfast.

Liked: Very clean and nice hotel within close proximity of everything downtown so you can park once and walk it out! The staff was super friendly and checking in and out was easy peasy. Would stay here again and again!
