Disliked: We did not like the joystick for the hot/cold water. Difficult to control.

Liked: Very clean and the bed was super comfy
Disliked: No vents in bathroom

Disliked: I paid through booking and was charged again at the hotel. Still haven’t got my refund and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I have talked to several people and getting the run around.

Liked: Location was fine, considering where we needed to go. There was a restaurant nearby and other places that were close enough overall. The courtyard and the balcony are nice and the pool was decent.
Disliked: The advertising for the hotel was interesting. It alluded to the fact that there was a coffee shop, restaurant and a bar, which happened to all be the same place located in the lobby. The bar was from 5 to 10 or 11pm so we never got to use it since we were in town for concerts at deer Creek. The bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was terrible and the room was very small. I'd recommend two queen beds if you have more than two people.
