Nice, Clean, Comfortable

Liked: Friendliness of the staff, the decor. The courtyard area looked really nice - weather didn't permit us to take advantage of it. Felt peaceful - not stuffy. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: the location - felt like we were back in a corner and not many restaurants close by. Food prices at hotel were astronomical!

Disliked: I asked for a handicap room. Though I was told it was handicap it was for hearing impaired so the accommodation I needed was not provided

Too noisy A/c disrupted sleep

Disliked: A/c too noisy. No in-room safe despite mentioned on booking.com. No breakfast

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The shower was extremely slippery & the staff was rude. The beds had random hairs, and other tiny things in it and it was disgusting.
