Too noisy A/c disrupted sleep

Disliked: A/c too noisy. No in-room safe despite mentioned on booking.com. No breakfast

Disliked: The shower was extremely slippery & the staff was rude. The beds had random hairs, and other tiny things in it and it was disgusting.

We were comfortable and loved...

Liked: Everything seemed very high quality. Furnishings, linens etc
Disliked: No fan in the bathroom for after a hot shower. And the bed was facing the window, which put a plumbing wall right behind the headboard, so we constantly heard that happening all night. Might help to insulate plumbing walls.

Disliked: Very clean and plenty of parking

Overall my stay was good...

Liked: The most thing I loved was lake view from my room . It was very beautiful also the room was quite comfortable
Disliked: The pool was dirty and water seemed dirty with lot of chlorine it seemed. You guys should clean it on regular bases
