Disliked: The shower was extremely slippery & the staff was rude. The beds had random hairs, and other tiny things in it and it was disgusting.

We were comfortable and loved...

Liked: Everything seemed very high quality. Furnishings, linens etc
Disliked: No fan in the bathroom for after a hot shower. And the bed was facing the window, which put a plumbing wall right behind the headboard, so we constantly heard that happening all night. Might help to insulate plumbing walls.

Overall my stay was good...

Liked: The most thing I loved was lake view from my room . It was very beautiful also the room was quite comfortable
Disliked: The pool was dirty and water seemed dirty with lot of chlorine it seemed. You guys should clean it on regular bases

Rooms were nice, and staff...

Disliked: Neither breakfast nor coffee were offered in th lobby. There was a restaurant; however, almost all hotels provide some type of buffet to be included. No coffee in lobby. Could purchase Starbucks WHEN the cafe was open. This policy should be made available before reservations are accepted. For the price of the three rooms I rented, this wasn't acceptable.
