Liked: House keeping. They were super helpful and were there all morning in the aisle if you need anything.
Disliked: Just some people were loud at 2 am. I think the hotel staff should make sure people are not slamming the door at 2am . I understand it can happen people might come and go but the guests next to us were very noisy in the night time.

Phenomenal, Excellent Ambiance, Shop ‘Til...

Liked: This property was phenomenal! Staff were all attentive, courteous and welcoming. Extra added feature Breakfast. Our Servers were friendly, inviting, cheerful and helpful - Starbucks to the rescue! The room was fully equipped but we didn’t expect it to have a sofa shaped like a seashell, rolling ottoman for two and a rolling table that is the size of a dinner table so my husband and I could eat together comfortably. The ambiance and lighting were just what we needed after long tiring days (5). The bed was a little soft but relaxing. Let’s not forget this location is next to one of Pearland’s Malls (Macy’s, Dillards, Bath and Body Works, The Children’s Place, H&M, Ice Cream Shop and other specialty shops too). Trust that you nor your family will be disappointed and will return to this Courtyard; without a doubt!
Disliked: They ran out of sausage, but they had bacon - although I prefer sausage - the breakfast was very good!

Never again.

Liked: The location was convenient for my needs.
Disliked: The stench of artificial air freshener in the lobby should have been my first clue. Front desk gave me keys that opened another guest’s room. I walked in on a half-naked woman getting ready to go out for the evening. It was upsetting and embarrassing. Once I got my actual room, the walls were paper thin, and I could easily hear every word my neighbors said all night long. When I got my overpriced bagel and coffee the next morning, the bistro staff member was rude. Finally, as I picked up my suitcase to leave in the morning, I found a massive cockroach under it.

Not worth the price

Liked: The location of the property was perfect.
Disliked: The hotel is out dated my first room was dirty and air didn’t cool. Went to the front desk I was moved to another unclean room with no tv! Okay so I was moved to another room this room was unclean old towels still in bathroom hair on toilet and tub.
