Overall, it was nice besides...

Liked: It was clean and staff was friendly.
Disliked: The front desk clerk shared our key with a stranger and the lady walked into our room while we were laying down watching tv. She was shocked herself and she apologized. Anything could have happened if we were not there and we could have had our things stolen by a careless mistake the clerk made.

Liked: House keeping. They were super helpful and were there all morning in the aisle if you need anything.
Disliked: Just some people were loud at 2 am. I think the hotel staff should make sure people are not slamming the door at 2am . I understand it can happen people might come and go but the guests next to us were very noisy in the night time.

Phenomenal, Excellent Ambiance, Shop ‘Til...

Liked: This property was phenomenal! Staff were all attentive, courteous and welcoming. Extra added feature Breakfast. Our Servers were friendly, inviting, cheerful and helpful - Starbucks to the rescue! The room was fully equipped but we didn’t expect it to have a sofa shaped like a seashell, rolling ottoman for two and a rolling table that is the size of a dinner table so my husband and I could eat together comfortably. The ambiance and lighting were just what we needed after long tiring days (5). The bed was a little soft but relaxing. Let’s not forget this location is next to one of Pearland’s Malls (Macy’s, Dillards, Bath and Body Works, The Children’s Place, H&M, Ice Cream Shop and other specialty shops too). Trust that you nor your family will be disappointed and will return to this Courtyard; without a doubt!
Disliked: They ran out of sausage, but they had bacon - although I prefer sausage - the breakfast was very good!
