Great stay apart from breakfast

Liked: I had the most amazing welcoming by Jonte! She is such an asset to this hotel. So welcoming and she remembered my name. The other staff were also so lovely!! However, just a shame I always add on breakfast when I book my rooms and realised when I went down for some reason it wasn’t included (but must have been my fault!)… Which is usually fine but would have cost a huge amount to add it on at that late stage, and was surprised to find out it’s not a buffet so you have to stand in line to order. But apart from that comfy beds, nice room, and everything I needed.
Disliked: I thought I’d included breakfast in my room charge as I always do (likely my fault!?) However to add breakfast on later was super expensive, and there was no care that I had no breakfast as I had expected (it was only myself and I would have had a piece of toast at most if it was offered). Also I did end up ordering with not much choice a super expensive croissant and had to stand in line to order it. I was waiting in line about 10 or so minutes, took 20 minutes to get it although again lovely staff working there. You can’t fault the staff.
