Good clean hotel great staff...

Liked: Perfect location for us and nice hotel with great staff
Disliked: Problem with air con in room very noisy and despite lots of help by staff it was not fixed

Liked: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The room was clean, close to shopping, restaurants
Disliked: Room smelt like mildew and my sheets had some strange black dot stains

Liked: The staff over all was great the rooms were super clean and very nice
Disliked: We booked through book it and the breakfast was suppose to be free but the computer was down and she didn't like it because we couldn't get a voucher from the front desk
