Clean room/Great Location/Receptionist could use...

Liked: During my initial check-in, the receptionist was not very friendly and acted very strange. I've never had anyone ask me "what's the reason for your stay" and then proceeded to say, "housekeeping is every other day so your room won't be touched while you're here. And breakfast is served from 7am-9am but that's not included in your booking". Her tone was almost belittling and demeaning to the point had it not been 11pm and my card had not been charged, I would have cancelled my stay and gone somewhere else. I've never had this experience at a Marriott site. Staff should consider their tone and delivery when speaking to guests. Everyone walking through your doors should be greeted and treated with the Disney experience.The cleanliness of the hotel was great as well as the location.
