Perfect short stay, no complaints
Liked: Stayed at a few courtyards now. Good to see the standards are kept across them. Polite staff and very welcoming. Really nice spacious rooms

Exceptional
Liked: The person who was in charge at the restaurant the evening I was there (Dec. 12, 2024) was AMAZING. I came in late -- was at the wrong hotel and was able to get a room anyway with no fuss. I took a shower and then realized room service was not available and that the bar/restaurant was closing shortly. I ran down 20 minutes before close and was told to relax and take my time. I quickly ordered, and the lady made sure I had everything I needed and put it all in an easy to carry bag. I would stay at this hotel again just because of her. The desk staff was also fabulous, and a male housekeeping staff member noticed while I was leaving that I was struggling with my luggage and helped me carry it to the elevator quickly! FABULOUS STAFF!

A pleasant relaxing stay before...
Liked: Wonderful staff-very friendly and helpful at check-in. Nothing was too much trouble!Spacious clean rooms and comfy beds. Proximity to George Bush Airport.Comfy chairs in the lounge when we arrived very early.Quiet,civilized and calm hotel-which suited us really well.
Disliked: When went down to breakfast-it had been outsourced to Starbucks .The lady behind the counter told us that the room we had booked only covered breakfast for one person-instead of 2.If this had been another hotel, and the hotel had organized their own breakfast staff-we would have been given breakfast for 2 people, usually in the form of a buffet. There was nothing on my reservation that said breakfast was included for only one person. When it says-breakfast is included in the price, and there are 2 guests in the room-you expect it to apply to both of you! Anyway, in the end, the lady on front desk took pity on us and changed it to 2 breakfasts. The hotel website needs looking at again-as it is not at all clear what you are getting for your money! Apart from that one glitch-everything was fine in the hotel.
