Personnel needs further training

Liked: The location to Houston Methodist West.
Disliked: lighting was poor. two lights did't work properly. bathroom had dust around the toilet area. sofa is not senior friendly. Hotel employees parting in the bistro.

Piss warm pool but otherwise...

Liked: I loved the decor and the amount of seating inside and out
Disliked: It was a hot HOT Tx day and we drove 5 hours, we were excited to cool off in the pool, unfortunately the pool was bath temps I’m talking like warmer than warm. The last hot tub I got in had cooler water. No where in Tx have I ever had the problem finding a cold pool, y’all need to fix it asap.

Liked: Front desk agent was amazing and friendly. Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: I only gave a lower score because I requested room with a tub didn't get it. But was too tired when I got in town to make a fuss. Other than that it was great.
