Pleasant

Liked: I had to ask for coffee. The waiter said he would make a fresh pot and never came out of the kitchen.There was only one other person in the dining hall. I walked next door to Starbucks, got service in 2 minutes.
Disliked: Only coffee in the room was decaf and there was no sugar or creamer.

Liked: The location was close to everything.
Disliked: I thought there would be a complimentary breakfast but there wasn't, and it caught us off guard and there wasn't a variety of breakfast dishes.

Disliked: The Happy Hour wasn’t open and we didn’t have breakfast

Great stay, location is great...

Liked: front staff was great, jeff was awesome! Made my stay super easy and checking in was smooth no hassle. Room was very comfortable and clean.
Disliked: I didn't eat breakfast there but would have been nice to have breakfast included instead of having to pay additional.

Liked: Location was very convenient.
Disliked: My family and I had to wait over 30 mins for a rep to check us in at the counter. No one was there when we arrived. We called several times and stood there as the desk phone rang. There was a sign that said the clerk would be back shortly, but my husband had to literally bang on the side door to get someone to come out to help. We assumed the desk clerk was sleep. That was our 3rd time staying there for out of state travel, and that was the only time our check in wasn’t pleasant.
