Almost perfect.

Liked: Staff was great. Rooms were great. Location was great.
Disliked: The pool wasn't heated.

Disappointing for a Courtyard.

Liked: Room was comfortable
Disliked: Only two outlets in the room and no USB connections! Directions to property were poor in that there is no visible sign from the street and the entrance is down an ally...which I found be accident. Elevator to parking garage was out of service service so had to haul suit cases up two flights of stairs when leaving
