Room was very clean, bed...

Liked: Didn't take advantage of the breakfast options at the hotel.
Disliked: the price to stay was a little high.

Unpleasant

Liked: Clean and good security
Disliked: The bed was very soft. The pillows were just extremely soft. There was no support, and the couch was an odd shape that was impossible to get comfortable on.

Had high expectations for a...

Liked: Clean and smelled nice
Disliked: Amenities listed were not available. No hot tub and pool was unavailable. Also was not notified at check in that we would have no hot water. We were not able to shower and were quite miserable. Management offered a reduced rate but we should not have paid $100 for a room that we weren’t able to use basic facilities in
