Booking.com screw up our trip!...

Liked: There was nothing to like about the facility. When we got there, we had no reservation with Booking.com. I will never ever use this company again. Again we had no room because we had no reservation.
Disliked: Again, there was nothing to dislike about the property. We had no reservation, no confirmation of a room. The hotel was booked and one of our reservations were not available. Booking.com did not reserve a room for us.

Liked: The room was super comfortable and clean. I picked the location because it is very close to Hershey Park.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the hotel cost $600 per night and coffee was not included in that price. The advertising for a restaurant on site was not exactly what I would consider a restaurant. The Bistro staff were wonderful, but it is not what I consider a full service restaurant.

Liked: Staff were super professional and welcoming! We also really enjoyed the fire pit.
Disliked: There was a small reddish brown stain in one of the blankets on our bed. We didn't fuss over it, just took the blanket off the bed.

Liked: The room was cute and clean. There's a place to get drinks on the lobby and a fire pit! The staff were all super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Everything was great but if I have one small complaint it would be that the bed was very firm.

Disliked: My room wasn't ready til almost 4 hours after check in time. Front desk staff couldn't give me a time frame of how long it would take. The most frustrating part is that I had booked the room almost a year in advance. We traveled 7 hours on the road to get there.
