The bartender and the front desk attendant provided excellent service. Room and pool were immaculate. Breakfast was delicious.

Disliked: Staff poorly communicated. I mistakenly book only one night instead of two, obviously my mistake, however if the person checking us in confirmed our length of our stay, it would have been less of an inconvenience.

Nice stay

Liked: The king-size room with whirlpool was great. The indoor pool temperature was comfortable. There is also a whirlpool there.
Disliked: The bistro closes at 9:30A. There's no other on-site coffee. There is a Keurig in the room. The K-Cup was a light roast. Not that tasty.

Disliked: Staff (Daniela) clueless and very unhelpful. We were 4 adult-size people booked into a 3 person room. My 16yr (5’10” son had to slept on a blanket on the floor.) AC didn’t work. It was 88° during the late afternoon. Dog in nearby room was barking.

Disliked: We booked a room for four people, but when we arrived, there was only one bed available. Our room wasn’t ready until 11:00 pm, and a rollaway bed was provided only upon request. When we inquired about the situation, considering our booking clearly indicated occupancy for four, the receptionist informed us that we should have called ahead to confirm we were four people—this response was confusing and didn’t make sense. Additionally, the room had mosquitoes. Unfortunately, this experience has made it unlikely that we will stay at this hotel again.
