I would never return for...

Liked: What Breakfast! Not included at that price. Never again.
Disliked: Not even a complementary pot of coffee in the lobby in the SM

Liked: The convenient location. The room was clean.
Disliked: The thermostat in my room did not work at all. it showed no temperature at all. The heating/cooling register did not work at all. I called the front desk to switch rooms, and the clerk wanted me to play Mr. Wizard and walk me through fixing it. I was tired after a very long day and wanted to sleep. He grudgingly gave me another room and we moved. I called him later to ask about the wake up call protocol, but he did not answer. I assume he was still pissed about the room change. We tried the automated wake up call service but it did not work. BTW, the heating cooling in the second room also was screwed up but we made do.Lastly, I don't appreciate your staff insisting on knowing the purpose of my visit. It is none of your business. He kept at it, though, so I lied.Clean is all you have going for you. Overpriced dump staffed with sullen clerks, if you ask me.

Liked: Love the courtyard, Marriott Lebanon. Very clean and convenient to Dartmouth campus. Also the staff is very great.

Disappointing, however, the bed was...

Liked: The first morning they told me they don’t offer free breakfast. 2nd and 3rd day, no problem. It was in my plan.
Disliked: Bathroom shower leaked a lot from the bathtub faucet. There was a shuttle van parked in the parking lot with a flat tire my entire visit. It seemed to be used for storage. I forgot my toothpaste and they gave me a gum wrapper full of toothpaste. I brush my teeth 6 times a day. Is a small tube really that expensive. I also forgot my shampoo and the bathroom dispenser was empty. Secured Wi-Fi did not work for me. I contacted the help email but they responded too late. They do not clean the rooms everyday.

Superb

Liked: We needed to be near Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center so my husband could begin chemotherapy, a two day process. We stayed 2 nights and greatly appreciated the location and the comfort. Having a fridge, microwave and coffee in the room was a big help. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The café was not open for breakfast during our stay, but we were able to pick up breakfast food at the very nearby COOP.
