Liked: Was very clean and friendly.
Disliked: The only thing bad this was the tomatoes soup from the restaurant was like red water with basil in it.

Poor customer service

Liked: Bistro
Disliked: Staff unavailable and unhelpful. Fitness room dirty, a lot of equipment broken/rusty. Manager on site would not talk to me personally when I had questions about my stay.

Good amenities but costly for...

Liked: Location and facilities
Disliked: Tv didn’t work and noisy neighbors when we arrived at 10:30 pm - had to move to a smaller room with no compensation offered. No breakfast and our simple one in the lobby costed nearly $50.

Overall my stay was nice...

Liked: Location was nice and the facility was clean
Disliked: Front desk was a little rude during check in.

Nice getaway

Liked: Location, quiet rooms
Disliked: Pillows too cushy, shower head should be better, had a tough time getting parts clean, maybe one with different settings or angles

Served the purpose.

Liked: Close to hospital
Disliked: Walls are so thin I was woken up many times by someone snoring in the next room. The cover to the heater/cooler is broken and jagged. No free coffee in the lobby.
