Liked: Location was great. Loved the lounge and snack areas. The check in staff and gentleman that helped me with the snack area were nice. Check out personnel was not very friendly.
Disliked: It was too expensive for the small room. There was a constant buzzing sound that made it difficult to sleep as well as no complimentary tea or coffee.

Disliked: Extra fees for EVERYTHING! We had to pay extra for parking. The room was TINY. None of the staff would take any responsibility and just wanted to pass onto the next person. I was told breakfast was included then found out it wasn’t and there would be another extra charge. They literally had guards protecting the breakfast (which was nothing special). For the cost, everything should have been included. Most expensive, sub-par, hotel I have stayed in.
