Liked: The swimming pool was lovely

Liked: The location is quite convenient.
Disliked: The staff was not that friendly.The whole property was stinking with moss and clogged water. The room was damp with cold.It was clear that they don’t use the heating system efficiently.The lift was not working.Swimming pool was smelling of chlorine to point of suffocation.No clear signs of the room location.The staff just said take a right and go figure out. There was no hand wash in the room, just a small bottle of body lotion. Not a trace of other toiletries and conveniences such toothbrush, comb, etc.

Really lovely stay and looking...

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were fantastic and all spoke English which was great since I don't speak German. The restaurant and bar staff were particularly exceptional and went out of their way to entertain my 4 year old daughter - thank you so much! The complimentary hotel shuttle was the best part - used it throughout our stay to pick and drop from the airport so we could catch the direct train into the city center. The swimming pool is small but really cute and clean - was a bit cold though. We didn't get to see everything we wanted during our short so we'll be returning to Hamburg and will definitely stay at the same hotel.
Disliked: The pillows are too small and relatively uncomfortable for my liking. I requested for extra ones and was given more small ones so well...it's what it is:-) Would be great if they could get standard sized pillows.

We will be back.

Liked: Great breakfast, super comfy beds. Lovely staff.Beautiful hotel - tasteful, quiet, comfortable. Super convenient location. We love being here. We have stayed here 3 times now and we will be back.

Disliked: It was Winter but the room was a bit too hot. Easy fixed.
