Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, especially the towels. We found a lot of hair on the towels, which felt very unhygienic and affected our stay. I hope the hotel can improve its cleaning standards to ensure items like towels are properly cleaned and ready for guests to use with peace of mind.

Great short stay with exceptional...

Liked: The breakfast was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised by that. The location was perfect with restaurants and stores close by as well as the drive to the airport was not too long and convenient. Rooms were contemporary, large, with comfortable beds and the place was very clean. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff at the Bistro were wonderful and very accommodating. We certainly highly recommend this Courtyard.
Disliked: Fitness area was not as good as it could have been. Three of the machines didn't work properly.

We would like a refund...
