Disliked: The TV don’t work in the first room they gave us so we called downstairs and had the front desk come and look at it. When he came up he said he wasn’t sure how to fix it so he offered us a new room. He was super friendly and apologetic. Unfortunately the second room they gave us also had a TB that didn’t work. After calling down again, the front desk said they would put an emergency work order in to have it fix. That was great though when the maintenance worker arrived, my wife and I were in the process of getting ready for the day (he came sometime around 9:30 AM) so it was just inconvenient timing.

Liked: The hotel room and staff were great. Our flight had been delayed and cancelled so we needed a place to lay over. We were exhausted and frustrated and got to the hotel late and the desk agent went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to get us in our room, relaxed and recharged.

Liked: The hotel was decorated so nicely. The main area was warm and inviting with a fire pit just outside. Even though I didn't have time to go outside and enjoy it, I certainly wanted to. My room was lovely. The blackout curtains were perfect, the bed was very comfortable, the pillows were great, and the linens were crisp and clean.
